Some less extensive medication lists require tapering schedules and more check-ins. The 6-Months of Medication Reviews and Follow-Ups include a 1-hour Medication Review with 4 follow-up sessions over 6 months from the initial review. Follow-up sessions include pre-review, up to a 45-minute med review session, and follow-up notes.
